"It was just ok!"

Room was ok. The carpets were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The TV really was awful because the signal kept coming in and out so it was impossible to watch anything. The bedsheets were clean but old and stained.

Such a great experience! I had a last-minute layover. They were accommodating and so friendly. Steve and Wayne operated the shuttle that was on time and safe.

"Blood and/or Poop on Curtains"

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was blood or poop splattered on the curtains. Maybe both? Everything was dirty. 4 of the 5 lamps in the room did not work. The bathroom door did not lock. We got a voucher from Delta because they delayed our flights, and this had the best rating. They even won awards for best hotel in 2022…but something clearly happened between then and now, because I did not feel safe here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

"Shuttle service was great!"

We did not stay at the hotel but we did park there and use their shuttle service to and from the airport! The man who took us was fantastic and Steve went above and beyond expectations to come get us at midnight. Will absolutely be using the services again!
