Everything is so comfy here and calm

I dont have any complaints. I enjoyed everything.

The grounds of the hotel were stunning. I loved the pool area. The staff on-site were so lovely and always there to help. The location of the hotel is amazing with a great restaurant on-site serving delicious food and cocktails. The booking did provide great value for money.

The room was very small and the bathroom was so tiny that the toilet got drenched everytime you had a shower. There was no ventialtion in the bathroom so everything stayed damp.

The hotel was in a great location, clean and the workers were welcoming. Loved the pool and the greenery. The rooms were a tad bit small but if it’s one person it’s fine, but the bathroom was very small. I didn’t like the fact that the toilet is in the shower and it’s nothing to separate it. So when you shower the entire floor will fill up with water. So the bathroom would be my only complaint.

Rimbun was amazing. Super cute and affordable. Staff were very nice and were always cleaning the property. There is barely any noise so it's a good place to relax. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant attached, Lush, and was delicious. Only negatives were, hard to contact beforehand but got to them by calling on whatapp, had a leak in the bathroom which was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting and the shower is close to the toilet so makes the toilet and floor around it quite wet. Small negatives when compared to how nice the property was and our overall stay. Would definetly recommend.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were in poor condition. Paint peeling from the ceilings and water damage under the aircon which gave the room a foul odour. Walls are thin could hear the guests in the room next to me, beds so uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock. Rooms are lined up in corridors can hear people in and out at all hours, didn’t sleep properly for 5 nights. Ideally not an amazing place, but for the price it was doable.
