Quality Inn & Suites Canton, GA

Water leak around window and ac unit caused water puddling on floor after storm. Appears to have previous damages and wetness. Vinyl baseboard detached from wetness. Had ants get in food. Lastly, around 630 am the smoke alarm went off for no reason. Had to remove battery. Staff informed of leak and alarm issue. NO concern, sympathy, or apology and only said we will check it out. Facility is an older location but appears to need better maintenance. Price for condition was way over priced!!!

Clean room

The rooms are clean but they don’t come in & empty the trash or remove the dirty towels & give you clean ones. The pool wasn’t useable because it’s DIRTY!

I stayed there 2 nights on May 8 & 9 th and paid $253.22 total. They overcharged my Visa card by 101.11 and said I had stayed there on May 12. I did not . I have called several times and they are always going to credit my Visa card , but they never have. I have filed a complaint with Visa card company.

I’m sorry to say, nothing!

The man at the desk was not very professional. I had to carry 3 suitcases, two bags and clothing on hangers up the stairs because they don’t have an elevator. The hallways smelled like ten different foods cooking which was outdone only by the smell of pot. I had to kill a roach in the bathroom. The walls must be made of paper. The food was just plain bad. Eggs were tasteless, the gravy was plaster and the brown orange juice tasted like industrial cleaner. If that wasn’t bad enough, there is a huge bar across the parking lot causing loud noise and cars and trucks in and out.
