Days Inn by Wyndham Canon City

No breakfast!! Coffee and a muffin at the front door was breakfast. Website needs to be updated with correct information. Cleanliness not good tub still had hair in it and on the walls, tub drain broke and stopper didn’t work, towel rack above toilet came down when placed towel to dry, Kleenex container empty and cabinet about to fall down. Comforters on beds one a big stain and other had stains but a burn mark and this is supposed to be a smoke free place. Window latch broken and didn’t lock. Parking was a night mate not enough for the rooms they have. Pool was ok hot tub not good big enough for maybe 4 people. Dogs across hall barking when it says all animals at other end of the place. No new towels for the next day and when asked front deck “let me look but don’t think I have any then he brought me 1 towel is all he could find. Got charged for 2 pillows they say were missing from our room after check out and we brought our pillows from home. Not sure if booking.com does research or view properties before listing but needs to be addressed and done because she. You think you’re paying a good amount of money from what the website says and then you drive up and find that it’s very disappointing after a 15hr trip you just want to relax. I paid for a 1 queen bed but when got there the front desk was like uhh let me see then had to call because my room was taken and we got a 2 full size bed room “so call upgrade”. Was not happy about that either less room. I asked the front desk next day about getting what I had booked and she said they were full only had a suite room for 1200$ talk about mouth dropping no thinks but hell no not here at this place would I spend that amount of money.

Very disappointed really need some kind of compensation because of my experience. And best believe will not stay there ever again.

For the money, this was a good value. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I would stay here again.

Parking is tight, but other than that, I have nothing negative to say.

In downtown Canon City

Continental Breakfast was packaged muffins and coffee. Half the lights did not work in our room, coffee pot was dirty, and TV stand was broke.

The staff was super friendly and professional.

Breakfast was packaged muffin and coffee only- not quite what we expected, the breakfast room was closed. Basically had to eat in the lobby or go to our room. At least it was something in our stomachs, the coffee was fine. Liked the warm pool and hot tub- pleasant. Location was perfect, walked to train.

Breakfast room with cereal, milk, and a juice option would be nice. It was a holiday weekend.

Mitchell the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He was very informative

There was no breakfast and there was no elevator. The front desk called 5 times to confirm guest name and last name, interrupting my sleep 4 times.
