The breakfast was good. Nice variety. Staff were friendly. Location was decent.

Our room was very old and run down. Carpets full of stains, stains all over walls by bed (looked like bodily fluids), bathroom was outdated with lots of stains and crud on the floor. The shower was very finicky. It would run hot and then freezing cold repeated over and over. The one afternoon it was ice cold the whole shower. The parking lots were hazardous with snow not being cleared in many spots, making it hard to find axspot that wasn't affected. I've stayed at many hotels at this price point and none of the others were this bad.

The pool, hot tub, and water slide was amazing!

The key cards kept not working and I had to keep going down the front desk to have someone re swipe them. It happened twice before they gave me new cards and those ones worked fine after.
