"A good time was had by all of us at the motel and the other places we went to in Layton"

I was overcharged by almost TWICE as much as I expected to pay.... That fact oversgadows ALL the things that may have been good about my stay. And now when I call to find out WHY I was overcharged I can't get ahold of any person that can explain why I was overcharged, or even acknowledge the fact that I WAS in-fact overcharged. Is that Booking.com's fault? ... Call me back at 402-319-6695 to discuss and I may revise my rating!
