The size of the room and bathroom.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The fridge had old food from the last people that stayed. The tv was very small and kept freezing. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were empty. The ice machine was broken. I didn't feel welcomed by the person who checked me in.

Easy, friendly check in; lower floor request was honored. Pool was small but very useable...and warm. The breakfast was very very good, with many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Many choices for food nearby. Comfortable, quiet sleep! Worth the price!
