Hatte einen Termin in kleinmachnow und da lag das Hotel sehr nah.

Das Frühstück soll 23 Euro kosten. Ich frühstücke nur kurz und daher ist diese preiskategorie außerhalb jeder Vorstellung.

Reservierung der Tische zum Frühstück!!! Tische sind lange reserviert und ungenutzt. dDie anderen Gäste haben keinen Platz ! Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst!

"Charme eines Pflegeheims"

Die Lage war gut und unser Zimmer ruhig.

Das Hotel hat den Charme eines Pflegeheims. Unser Zimmer war leider an Ungemütlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Checkin trotzt Anschreiben hat nicht vor 15 Ihr geklappt so dass wir zu spät zu unserer Veranstaltung kamen. Das Personal hat leider ausser stur darauf hinzuweisen wie Bedingungen sind nichts unternommen. Für einen Parkplatz auf Schotter mit Pfützen zwölf Euro zu verlangen, finde ich auch unverschämt.

Super leckeres Frühstück mit sonnigen Außenplätzen, abends ist chillen am Wasser in Sonnenstühlen entspannt möglich. Sehr freundliches, motiviertes und immer hilfsbereites Personal! Sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Sehr durchdachte Wohlfühlatmosphäre im gesamten Hotel, gemütliches, jedoch modernes Interieur. Das GINN bringt insgesamt einfach Spaß!

Im Außenbereich ab und zu leicht muffiger Geruch, kann mit der Wärme zusammen gehangen haben. Ansonsten null Beanstandungen!
