Water pressure

Not clean. $60 for a call to Memphis. No soap at sink. No garbage bag in either can. Elevator broken. I will never stay there again.

It was wonderful—a breath of fresh air, really. The check-in was flawless, and the crew/staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet! I was not informed that the airport service was not 24 hours and that you had to reserve a spot beginning at 4:55. I had a 6:00 a.m. flight and was hoping to get to the airport at 4. Had I not called the front desk to inquire, I would not have made it to the airport.

Excellent airport hotel. Wonderful, front desk staff, free airport shuttle with friendly, hardworking driver. Hotel is well maintained, has been updated, and has lovely grounds. Clean, comfortable rooms make for a relaxing and restful stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay out by the airport.
