Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Airport

Everything was good but the shower temp. It was either scalding hot or cold. Gently attempt to change the temp would quickly change from one extreme to another.

This hotel charges parking and no free breakfast for Platinum Elite members. The price does not justify the lack of value you get from this hotel. You might as well stay somewhere nicer, where they will at least give you free breakfast. The hotel is also a bit dirty and on the lower end, but you can't expect much from a Courtyard. The service was friendly and the staff at the front desk are very professional. Overall, if you're going to pay the high price for a lower end hotel without any amenities and located next to the airport; you might as well stay elsewhere. The value proposition here is terrible.

They shut our water off from 10pm to 2am...without much warning no offer of how to even flush toilets etc. The manager left and left a PT young employee there to deal with mess. We asked for refund for at least one night and got nothing..

We felt very safe and it was easy to reach. Everything was very clean.

The listing read as if parking was included for the price but that was not the case. It’s an additional $10 per day.

Great staff and rooms

I witnessed/scared off, multiple people breaking into cars.

Reserved a room with 2 Queens w/ confirmed confirmation #. Checked in and was given a room with 2 double beds. Went back to reservation desk and asked for a room with 2 Queens per our res confirmation. Front desk said no problem, gave us a new room, and upon entry into the new room. It was two double beds again. I would not recommend this hotel. It is extremely loud as well. They now charge nightly parking fees (not talking about parking for airport).

After the traumatizing experience we had with the gm Fallon and the clerk Alan Cross at the courtyard Nashville airport location, my husband and I as bonvoy members and card holders will never stay at another Courtyard by Marriott again. The shear mistreatment of customers funds is the first issue and then the unwillingness of clerk and the manager to help us when trying to rectify the evening is the biggest issue. After reading reviews the same clerk has been an issue with other customers.
