Sonesta Select Los Angeles LAX El Segundo

これは大きなクレームです。ホテル側より、booking.comへのクレームです。 まず、こちらのコートヤード バイ マリオット ロサンゼルス - LAX - エル セグンドというホテルは存在していません。存在しないホテルに予約をさせられました。 現在の名前は sonesta select LAX エルセグンド　に変わっています。 そんなことを知る由もありませんので、空港で無料シャトルバスにマリオットのシャトルバスに聞くと、 そんなホテルはないと言います。 ホテルにメッセージをしてもout of officeの一点張りで全く返答はありませんでした。 メッセージは一度も返ってきませんでした。結局、アップグレードのオファーがあったメッセージの名前が全く知らないホテル名だったので、そのホテルに名前が変わったのでは、と判断し、 本当に時間をかけてシャトルバスに辿り着くことができました。これはハッキリ言って奇跡であり、 1時間シャトルバス乗り場で困惑していました。ホテルの名前が違うなど、予想もしませんから。 英語ができない人であれば途方に暮れて終わった話です。 朝食付き、で申し込みましたが、その知らないホテルはそもそも朝食自体がありませんでした。 これはbooking.comの大きな大きな失態です。 未だにこれも存在しないホテルの口コミになっており、ひどいです。

Faudrait nettoyer les moquettes des couloirs..

Only had one night there so unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities. Room had everything what we needed. Staff was very helpful and kind

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The last lady who cleaned our room, I believe her name is Cecila did such a wonderful job. A lovely place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable—easily one of the best I’ve slept in. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent, and the pool was a real highlight—my son absolutely loved it. While the hotel is around 30–40 minutes from the main attractions, the overall experience more than made up for the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Micheal at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay stress free and also let us know places to eat in the area so thank you for that . .he was very professional

Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto servicio de shuttle y el desayuno incluido. Habitaciones cómodas y el servicio del personal súper bien.

Se tenía que pagar por el parqueo.
