"Ordentliches Hotel"

Das Penta Hotel liegt zentral um fußläufig in die Innenstadt und zum Schloss zu kommen. Kommt man mit dem Fahrzeug, stehen hoteleigene Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Die Rezeption und Bar ist eins und wenn abends nur eine Person dort arbeitet, kann es hier schon mal zu Wartezeiten kommen, wenn man fragen hat oder etwas zum trinken bestellen möchte. Schnelligkeit ist hier ein utopische Wort. Das elektronische Check-In/Out-System ist hier kein wirklich guter Ersatz!

Schönes großes Zimmer Auf Wunsch jeden Tag frische Handtücher

Ich habe bei einem 3 nächtigen Aufenthalt die zimmerreinigung vermisst. Wenigstens einmal wäre angemessen.

Personal freundlich, Frühstück gut und ausreichend, Lage sehr zentral

Flure v.a. Böden sehr abgenutzt, Betten könnten erneuert werden, Brötchen leider unterschiedliche Qualität

Schöne Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage.

Zu viel "online-Modernität". Einfach normal einchecken ist besser als die ganzen "self-check-in"-Möglichkeiten, die alles nur umständliecher für die Gäste machen. Schlechter Service an der Bar.
