The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

There was an oder in the room. The toilet would randomly stop working to the point I had to use the rest room in the lobby! We had to ask for fresh towels because they weren't replaced daily. And the key card would randomly stop working locking us out of our rooms and the building! The neglect here was unreal. Worst part is that we were not the only people who experienced this. Many people were complaining to the front desk. Definitely not worth the price 👎🏽👎🏽

Location and the hotel was comfortable.

Difficult time checking in. Couldn't find the payment that was made through booking. Eventually, it was straightened out. They didn't have any decaf coffee the last couple of mornings. Their espresso was down, as was the oven.
