Super convenient location, great staff, plenty of parking, room was comfortable and well appointed

The location of Courtyard is perfect for those traveling by plane. My room was beautifully arranged with a very comfortable bed. Clean. Very clean. Pete, front desk staff, pleasantly assisted me when needed. Moe, who worked the breakfast, was also outstanding.

I would like you to know this simply as a item that you can do to improve people's stay immensely. The staff at the facility were awesome. I have nothing bad to say about the them or the facility. Here is my concern. My daughter arrived at the MPLS airport at approximately 2100 on time from her flight from KSA. I was nervous as she was flying alone and arriving late at night alone. She had been given the instructions on how to connect with the shuttle to bring her to the Hotel we were staying at. When she got to the shuttle area there was a shuttle waiting there. She thought it was hers. But, there are three Courtyard by Marriott hotels and therefore shuttles. The only difference between them is in the writing on the side. But, the shuttle area in the garage area is dark at night and she saw the name Courtyard by Marriott but not the smaller line of which Courtyard. She ended up at the wrong hotel. I spoke to one of the shuttle drivers and he said this happens "a lot". I was so nervous. We were communicating via Facebook so she figured out as soon as she got to the wrong hotel what happened. And, she ultimately took a taxi to the correct hotel. I say this because it would be so simple (especially at night) to have the shuttle drivers before leaving to announce, "this shuttle is going to the courtyard hotel at the xx location. If you are NOT going to this hotel, please exit and wait for your appropriate shuttle". It wouldn't take much effort and be so appreciated.

Business travel hotel for sure. Ten minute drive to MSP. Recently refurbished, it seems. New carpets, etc. Definitely a business vide, and in a corporate location.

Traveling with my elderly father required an accessible room joined to a regular room. Seems simple but it was nearly impossible after talking to 6 hotels. The team at this Courtyard owned it and got it nailed. They followed up and were helpful in the whole process. That gets them 10 out of 10. THEN when we were arrived, the entire staff was helpful, positive and happy. All seemed to like their job and each other. Seemed like Disney!! What a great spot.

Airport noise. Coffee in room lame. No free coffee in lobby.

We booked the hotel rooms based on availability of roll on beds. However, when we reached the hotel and check in we were told that they do not carry any roll on beds. As we showed them the booking, they said it was Expedia's fault and they are not responsible to honor it. They told they can cancel the room if we were not satisfied. We asked them if they could accommodate us in two queen beds and they said no. We ended up cancelling the hotel room and booked at Hilton. We will not be using Expedia and Marriott in the future due to deceptive marketing practices. Best Regards, Ganesh
