The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly

Toilet flush was broken and water ran constantly, it was reported and nothing was done about it. Prices in thd bar were absolutely ridiculous £23 for 2 glasses of wine. Food was dreadful and over priced. Somebody telephoned our room at 11pm and woke us up then hung up when we answered. Guests in the rooms around us were shouting and slamming doors every night, it was reported nothing said... Plates glasses and food left out side rooms for a full day..... Dreadful

We could eat in our room which was great as travelling with child with additional needs, staff were very good with accommodating us

Property is in a good location and the staff are all very friendly

The rooms don’t have a mini fridge or a safe, the paint is peeling in some rooms and we had to move rooms due to some black mould

Breakfast - Except there was long black hair in the grilled tomatoes

When I was in my room on the first evening someone came into the room whilst I was taking off my clothes. I reported this to reception who explained that whilst checking in the same room had been issued twice at the same time. 2 x cards had been isuued for my room. I was terrified someone was going to come into the room again, I even moved the chair in front of the door. It was not a pleasant 2 night's. Even though the receptionist Anneka tried to reassure that this would not happen again I was still scared. Beside that and the hair in the breakfast it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean room which was spacious and comfortable. Fast and friendly service in the restaurant. The food was nice but ordinary pub-grub standard at best (chips disappointing, for instance).

Check-in slow and laborious. Also I had difficulty understanding the staff's accent (I am an elderly standard English speaker). Breakfast was overcrowded at 7.15 am on Saturday with several people having to eat standing up (owing to a rowing event on Dorney Lake).
