Location and polite friendly reception staff

Run down, breakfast paid for but unable to have as no one came for breakfast order even though I said I need to leave by eight. Breakfast was supposedly started at 7:30. Yet no one came to my table so 745 I had to leave without food. Requested a refund was told I had to wait until Monday when the manager would be in. Impressed.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut beleuchtet. Es gibt ein Bügelbrett, einen Hemdenplätter und einen Wasserkocher mit einem Angebot an Tee und Kaffee. Das Bett (in meinem Fall Doppelbett) ist sehr groß, wunderbar bequem und sauber. Der Arbeitstisch ist hilfreich und nahe an ausreichend zahlreichen Steckdosen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schon und mitten im Grünen. Allerdings ohne Auto wahrscheinlich schlecht zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls sehr groß.

Was den Eindruck leider etwas getrübt hat, war das schlechte WLAN. Es ist so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden. In meinem Zimmer (2. Stock) konnte ich nicht einmal eine Mail versenden. In der Lobby funktioniert es besser. Aber wenn man vorhat, zu arbeiten, ist man ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Das Personal konnte leider nicht helfen. Auch der Fernseher ist ein Elend, weil der Empfang bei vielen Sendern durchgehend gestört ist. Damit sind wesentliche Versprechungen der Leistungen nicht eingehalten.

The WiFi was not useable and the smart tv would not connect at all. This was disappointing but I was given a free room upgrade when I checked in so I don’t think I could complain. Very good staff and hotel would definitely stay again

The room was very accessible. It was nice and warm with a great shower room so i could wash myself safely. Even though it was a ground floor with a window, it was really quiet most of the time. Smelled nice. The staff were very friendly and did their best to assist me upon entry and exit.

I'd prefer more consistent instructions and rules from the staff, the website, and the pages in the room. I had breakfast included but there were about 3 different times stated and i ended up only just missing it by a few minutes so my money has been wasted to get myself food. As a person with many chronic health issues, i rely on getting the right food at the right time so i can take my medications which i was unable to do this morning. There were a couple of what looked like pubes in one of the mugs which was absolutely revolting but i cleaned it myself quite easily with the accessible bathroom. Staff were friendly but inconsistent with information which really soured the end of my stay here.
