The pictures do not appear to be the same. The room had a funky odor and I immediately asked for another room. Checking in felt rushed and did not feel friendly or accommodating.

"Deceiving Location"

The photos are very deceiving. Outside walls are half painted, paint peeling on the covers, parking lot was trashed, rooms smelt of mildew, balcony/back door wouldn't open, sink was slow draining. We ordered a Starbucks coffee drink in the morning from the coffee bar, and it tasted awful. So glad it was only one night. We will not be returning.

"Musician playing the Virginia State Fair and I trusted the BONVOY APP much to my disappointment"

This is the last time I stay at a so called COURTYARD This was not the hotel that the BONVOY app showed in the pictures when I booked it It looks like it is on the verge of a name change. Surely MARRIOTT do nothave anything to do with this place? I feel cheated as they show pictures of a real Courtyard with no mention of the havoc and chaos waiting for the unsuspecting traveler. I have 1066 stays at Marriott properties but will never trust the BONVOY APP ever again. This place is not a COURTYARD. Trust me!
