Safe and clean.

I enjoyed my stay. Quiet and clean with very nice staff. Room was cozy.

The location was perfect for our occasion. The hotel was very responsive to maintenance problems we had with the television. They were accommodating for storing our four bikes.

The location and hotel staff were wonderful. The rooms were nice but you have to be mindful of a lot of neighborhood traffic and fire trucks at all times of day & night. Also the hotel was clean but the walls were showing wear and tear, as well as missing paint. The worst part of the hotel was the daily restaurant breakfast. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. If it wasn't for Janae I would not have continued to eat there. She was wonderful. Maya at the front desk was a delight as well.

Property is good

What a difference! I have been staying in hotels back to back for a couple weeks now. Staying at the Canopy Dupont Circle felt like visiting an old friend. The staff is amazing and the lobby level bar, restaurant, and common areas are cool places to work, meet friends, and just hang out!

The cleaning staff needs to pay attention to details!

The property is good and new, but we noted that the beds had bed bugs on them. Over the first couple of days we thought some of the bites were of mosquitoes, but later on the bites sort of grew in size & started to appear in a line pattern (similar to that bed bugs). It’s unfortunate that I am having to leave such a comment cos the property seems new. Hope Management can take note and make amends. Also some of the fixtures were broken - like the bathroom rail, some of the electrical fixtures & the bedroom door railing.
