Close to restaurants, good parking. Gentleman behind the desk kindly arranged for our 2 small ice packs to go into their kitchen freezer. Yay! Newly redone carpets, paint, bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with a cheerful staff.

No chairs in hallway on the floors and no easy chairs on ground floor. Thus, no comfy seats for reading in the morning while spouse still slept.
