The receptionist was very helpful and made sure I was not staying next to the Hockey team that was also at the hotel for a more peaceful sleep.

The location for our event was perfect. The breakfast included was good as well as the 2 older lady's serving. The district Manager arrived or we saw him on our 3rd day and we explained our disappointments in which he was very apologetic which we appreciated.

Upon arrival the young girl on the desk was rude and not helpful. They gave our King room away and gave us 2 double beds which were extremely uncomfortable. She stated it was bookings.coms fault for over booking. She did not give us our welcome bag or our breakfast vouchers, nor explained WiFi facilities or anything. She clearly was sick and did not want to be there. The room was in need of repairs and a redecorating and not very clean.
