객실이 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요.

일단 프런트에 있던 직원이 불친절했고 객실의 키를 잘 못 줘서 객실의 문을 열었을 때에 다른 손님이 있어서 너무나 당혹스러웠어요.이 사실을 얘기를 하는데 미안하다는 말 한마디도 없이 아무런 문제가 없다는 듯이 다른 객실의 키를 줬어요.정말 황당하고 기분이 나빴어요..그리고 엘리베이터 타기가 어려웠어요.한참을 미로같은 복도를 가서야 탈 수 있어서 아쉬웠어요.
