"I enjoyed my staty"

Did not have breakfast. I slept well but neighbors were a little loud at 1am. Woke me up. But all in alll the employees were great courteous and a pleasure to meet so many during my stay

Other guests respecting their neighbors . Should ask guests to be courteous at late hours.

Tv was not working and no one communicated it wasnt so just thought i didnt know how to use it mentioned upon checkout and was told there was a cable issue would of been good to know

La limpieza fatal. Estuvimos tres noches. Nunca limpiaron el baño. Ni siquiera vaciaron los zafacones. Hubo que pedir toallas limpias. Hablamos con las mucamas. Indiacaron que el huésped tiene que solicitar el servicio en el front desk Solicitamos el servicio, y no lo realizaron.
