My room #355 on the third floor was infested with ants undisclosed to me. When I requested to be moved I was told I should know better than to have a box of donuts on the desk because I was in South Florida. Since November 26, 2025 the past 3 weeks after I on 5 attempts to speak with the General Manager no one has followed up with me. The Executive Customer Service offered me 5,000 points and since I was not satisfied with the offer I was told it would be left up to the local staff. I have a video of the infestation. So I’ll be posting on all rental platforms renters beware. Marriott Bonvoy should be better by their Gold Members with 242 night stays.

Room size Huge and very comfortable bed Wonderful bathroom kept really clean.

Missing chairs from balcony Odd smell which disappated quite quickly; think it was the cleaning sprays used on the carpets.
