MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE! I rarely leave reviews but this place is an absolute dump. It’s dirty. And the staff is so unhelpful, I had to change rooms 3 times and then they gave me an excuse that if I book through Expedia I get any room that available: the manager yelled at me and Marriott did nothing about it. Absolutely horrible. Do not stay here !

Room was clean

Bed was very uncomfortable with an a mattress that was broken down. View from balcony was of a make shift tire dump. AC didn’t work well. Facility is out dated and old and was extremely overpriced.

"Room 355 is perfect!"

Perfect 3 night stay. In town for a show at Landover. Asked for top floor furthest from the elevator and got exactly that, room 355. Quiet. Comfortable. Clean. No odors anywhere. King bed with a couch and terrace. Gym on site. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Mini fridge in room. Meeting space. Restaurant and snack shop on site. Location is out of the way in an industrial area but close to stadium. Recommended!

The stay went ok. The room i had was a joining room and the person in that room talked so loud on their cell phone from 6am and on. It was very disturbing. I was not able to get any sleep at all.
