"Hotel charged me for included breakfast "

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. The reservation details clearly stated that my stay included breakfast. However, I was informed that breakfast was not included, and I was subsequently charged for it during my stay. This is both misleading and unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided on your website when booking. I expect Hotels.com to honor the terms advertised at the time of purchase and to reimburse me for the breakfast charges I had to pay due to this error.

There was no microwave in the room, I don’t know if there is one that is accessible to patrons. Otherwise I have no other complaints.
