Michael Emory at the front desk was rude which was a bad start. The room was v cold, I couldn’t turn off the AC/ heat which was noisy. The shower too a long time to get warm and the pressure was low. We were on the fourth floor. Each aspect would have been ok but all together. It was a B minus C plus experience

We went for the location close to Emory. The staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable.

You have to pay to park even though parking is sufficient, meals are expensive.
