Hotel Bes & Spa

A wonderful, friendly and relaxing Italian Alpine hotel. Great for skiing or walking holidays

Some friendly staff, and close to the slopes for skiing. Located in a quiet village with some nice restaurants around it.

Very poor breakfasts (so off-putting we didn't attempt dinner), a "spa" that was a couple of dark and seemingly unused rooms in the basement, and really over-priced; not a 4* hotel in any meaningful way.

Great breakfast but hot eggs and bacon were always cold. The spa area is lovely and the massage chairs are amazing.

The Jacuzzi and Steam room was not warm when I used it.

Inviting and cosy atmosphere, and very friendly staff. The staff helped me purchase ski lift tickets and make spa reservations, etc. The ski chair lift is right across the street and down a hill, and the ski equipment rental office is right next door. The hotel bar and restaurant are great. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room.

My room had no outlet to charge my phone near the bed. I would have liked conditioner in the bathroom and I was also missing a bathrobe, which I noticed other guests had when down at the spa. The mini fridge did not have any snacks, but there is a grocery store right next to the hotel and also snacks for purchase in the bar so this was not a big deal.
