Staff was friendly and helpful Room was clean and comfortable They did have elevator issues but the resourceful staff offered the service elevators to accommodate the visitor needs

"Great Hotel steps from Broadway"

This proved to be a great choice of hotel for our weekend away in Nashville. Just steps from Broadway, you can walk to anywhere in the downtown area. The hotel was very clean, and our room was quiet and spacious. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Only 1 of 3 elevators worked the entire weekend we were there. Room seemed muggy. Fridge did not work. The area was quite convenient for our stay so huge plus.
