Much worse than expected

The room was nice and clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable but doable. Great location for what we needed.

Property was nice but you can tell it’s an older model as we’ve stayed in a more up to date model. One elevator, all the way in the back.

Had to move to another room because television stopped working. 2nd room seemed ok until the television did the same thing. Air conditioning unit in second room stopped working. Downstairs in my Sister's room air barely worked and leaked on the carpet the whole stay. Highly disappointed in this property.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

A huge let-down was the bar AND restaurant being closed after my full day of international travel. Apparently the person who runs those facilities did not to come in that day. I waited at DIA for my complimentary shuttle for 50 minutes after speaking with the front desk... twice. Additionally, I had requested during booking to have the sofa bed made up for my son. Upon reaching my room, I found this agreement was not fulfilled by the hotel. I was given a room with two beds upon my request. The front desk was unphased by my inconveniences.

The beds were comfortable.

There needs to be some work on the property.
