"Nice hotel that needs upgrades to mattresses"

I liked the property. I liked that we had a suite. It was spacious for a family of 4.

The beds were awful. The 2 double beds were too soft. Mattresses need replacing now. Also the pullout bed is too hard. Needs some type of mattress.

"We will be back for the friendly staff, clean rooms, peace and safety."

This will be a property that I will continue to stay in. It’s safe, clean and quiet.

My only complaint is that there is a charge for breakfast. This seems absurd.

Hotel staff were surprisingly unfriendly towards me and my young child. We were experiencing a family emergency and weren’t expecting to be treated like bums. I think there should be a greater value placed on emotional intelligence when an employee is dealing with the general public.
