"Marriott has lost their way."

Since covid, Marriott has become a shell of itself. Terrible service, terrible attention to detail, properties are worn down. Stayed at this Courtyard for 3 days and had no internet service. Desk clerks kept saying "we will put in a ticket, and it always seemed I was bothering them for interrupting them playing on their phones while sitting in the lobby.

This property is close to my office. We live a far distance from our office so when we work late or have a function at work and dont want that 1.5 ride home we stay here.. we never have a complaint..Everything is clean and quiet

Check was impersonal. Would have preferred a handicap room. Not given a choice after asking. Tv in room didn’t work and had to change rooms without help very far from handicap parking! Doubt if I’ll ever return!

Stayed at this property for a long weekend visit during Independence Day holiday. Hotel is in a great location in suburban Baltimore near lots of restaurants and shops. Plan to stay again next time I'm in the area.
