The hotel is well located and very good. However it was missing a fan on the bathroom of our room. The toilet seat was a short like a child seat and no microwave on the room.

This property is old and my bathroom shower had mold. My room always smelled like poop. There was no fan in the bathroom. And bed pillows was not very Comfortable.

Property is tired. Toilet was a foot off the floor and did not flush in middle of the night. Staff was very helpful when checking in. This must be near top of the list for an upgrade.

I could hear doors banging after midnight. And they vacuumed the hallway at 8am. The beds were super comfy.

They dont inform you about what is your included breakfast. And once you end up paying for it then they tell you oh and still make you pay for it. Never again.

Nothing everything is horrible they didn’t even gave us discount for all inconvenience

We had room 281 , first time being there key didn’t work after the first time we had to wait half hour in the hallway for the guy to let us in the key never worked they gave us a new key then later on we went to eat came back again key didn’t work imagen being seating outside ur room almost the whole trip because u couldn’t come in like it’s crazy outrageous then the front lady says I’ll give u guys free breakfast for the inconvenience then we come down breakfast is over when they told us 6-11 apparently now is till 10 ! The worst experience then instead of moving us to new room right away after the issues with the door they did it our last day then the door always got jammed every time we tried to open what’s the point of being so luxury looking when is crappy and no care for the customer I demand a refund .

Temperature in the room was very inconsistent. Couch was very worn and gross. Just felt it was old and run down

Convenient location. Not the 3 stars it claims to have. The hotel is clean but dated and needs renovation in the rooms. No fan in the bathroom leads to excess moisture. The paint was pealing off the ceiling because of that. For a King room, it was very small and not laid out for relaxation. TV to the side of the bed makes it hard to watch. No complementary coffee or any breakfast in the lobby. Can buy muffins etc at the “ we serve Starbucks” in the lobby. If you can get a cheap rate it is ok, would have paid a bit more for a real 3 star place.
