"Quiet room"

We stayed here 3 nights. The bed was comfortable, but a little bit lower than usual. Their darkening drapes were very good and we slept very well. The property is a little older but maintained well. We were in a suite and it was nice they had separate climate controls for each room. The couch was quite low. One problem was the soap - it was hollowed out in the center and kept breaking, even on the first day. Cutting corners in the wrong places.

Staff were friendly and very courteous.

Facilities, bed, furniture, etc. are very old with a need of an upgrade. Overall, to the whole Hotel to meet a the typical standard for a courtyard Marriot hotel.

"Enjoyable Stay"

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott was very nice. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants & bars. There is a mall next store that had a lot to offer. We could walk. The service was fantastic. Very accommodating & friendly. The only complaint is that there wasn't even a free Continental Breakfast or free coffee in the lobby. There was a nice little bistro & bar in the lobby with very good service, but nothing was gratis. The bar was closed on weekends since most clientele are business travelers during the week. Disappointing for us though. There is coffee in the room & a frig. The microwave was in the lobby. I can understand not wanting them in rooms for safety & cleaniness. Overall I do recommend the hotel. Just don't count on a gratis 1st meal of the day.
