The manager of this property saw me every morning because I had some type of little problem or issue, and she handled every single one of them. Normally a Hyatt guest member and come to Naperville frequently. I’ll be staying at this hotel from now on thanks to your lovely staff. She definitely deserves some praise as it’s uncommon these days and it may be very pleased to know people still go the extra mile to take care of their customers and she sure did

"Worst hotel and experience!"

Room was not clean. Carpet was dirty. I wore socks because I didn’t want to go barefoot. My white socks ended up being black on the bottom because of the dirty carpet. Sofa bed was not clean and uncomfortable. Was asked for a credit card upon checking in, but told them I already paid ahead of time. I was reassured the card would not be charged, but ended up with a $100 charge. Would not recommend!!!

Location and very comfortable beds, clean.

We were told by staff there was complimentary breakfast and when we went for breakfast, they didn’t have that.
