Courtyard Chicago Oakbrook Terrace

Great place to stay.

It was a good stay. Not a fan of the rooms that can turn into a combined room. But the room was good.

Very fast check-in which is appreciated. Room is fine. Clean, comfy bed. No complaints on this hotel

I travel to the area often for work and always stay at a Marriott hotel. This time my two preferred hotels were full so I stayed here. It will not become a preferred hotel, but I would stay again. Positives: Every employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ac worked great. It was very quiet. Negatives: It’s an older hotel and the rooms are small and dark. The shower is also small and the water pressure is terrible. There is only one elevator and it’s located at the end of the building. I could see that being an issue for anyone with mobility issues.

Property was clean and hotel staff was very accommodating. Near restaurants and shopping.

Friendly staff at check in. Very helpful and informative. Spacious rooms and very clean. Beautiful courtyard and good size pool for the kids. Everyone was happy.

I usually rave about my Courtyard by Marriott spots, but this one was diaappointing. Ant were coming into my room/bathroom from the hallway. I asked the front desk to take care of it while i was gone during the day to only find more ants and that my room had not been cleaned at all. When i went back to the front desk the staff was appologetic and gave me a new room. However the latch on that room was malfunctioning and when i told the dwsk staff they just gave me a new card even when i told them it wasnt the card. Once i opened the door (putting my shoulder into it) i got in and was afraid to leave the rest of the even for fear of gwtting locked out. Then i ended up nearly trapped when the door wouldnt open the next morning. I had to yank on it with all my body weight.
