"Excellent"

Didn’t like that the restaurant bar was only open til 10pm. I picked it because of that. Our family gathering ended at 10:30. Wanted to stop in sfter but it was closed. Should be midnight for the bar on weekends!

"Worst I’ve ever had."

Had to change rooms three times because the first two had not been cleaned since the last checkout. The third did not have a sofa bed that we required. The fourth room smelled bad and had no blankets for the sofa bed, but it was our only option. Apparently the hotel was out of extra blankets, so I slept in my coat. We all slept in our clothes too because it felt very dirty. They did offer free breakfast or items out of the market but we were not interested in them. So far they have offered a refund on half of our stay.

This was an excellent place in the past, but needs room renovations. Also some of the staff is less than helpful when it comes to the simplest of requests. Others were great.

"Superb"

The facility was clean, and the staff was very accommodating.

The pool was cold and I wish they had a hot tub.
