The staff, the location.

The room didn't have air conditioning. The pull out bed is vinyl and uncomfortable.

"Clean and comfy place to stay for downtown fun! But don’t forget your earplugs;)"

Couldn’t beat the location for our concert at St Andrew’s Hall! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center). Valet was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

For as heavy as the doors in the rooms are you can hear everything going on in the hallway so getting to sleep proved a bit difficult at first but it did quite down after midnight.
