スタッフの対応と朝食はよかった

隣の部屋や上の部屋の足音、会話などが聞こえてうるさかった。 あとカーテンが遮光じゃないので 朝が眩しくて残念だった。

朝食も美味しく部屋が隅々まで掃除されている

L'hôtel est bien placé, à côté d'une galerie marchande, du château de Kumamoto et de ruelles remplies de restaurants. Le bain privé de l'hôtel est relaxant

熊本出身ですがこんな穴場的なホテルがあるのをしりませんでした 大浴場の畳もサイコーです

Location was excellent to visit Kumamoto castle and the arcade. The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious.

The bath facility was difficult to access. There wasn’t much explanation on what to bring to the big bath from the room, like a bath towel. Also, no bath mat in the room’s shower.

Breakfast not super good & onsen very basic but maybe it was just my experience but I found it small and two annoying French men were shouting at each other in there? Japanese guests too polite to tell them to shut up

The location was really good, right in the city center. Around the area was a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is really really good
