Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit. Duftnote von der TG ins Hotel.

Extrem lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant. Von Anfangs 70 Personen - die der Grund waren warum man uns Gästen den Zutritt ins Restaurant verweigerte - , sind dann 12 gekommen. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut. ABER: Das Personal (5 Personen) war definitiv überfordert mit den. Insgesamt 28 Gästen. 23 Min für2 Espressi. Nochmals 27 Min für die Rechnung. Sowas hat nicht.

Warning: Unauthorized Charge Even though I had already paid for everything in advance, this hotel charged my account an additional €154 upon arrival. It has been a week now, and despite my follow-ups, the money has not been refunded to my account. This is completely unprofessional.
