Courtyard by Marriott Rye

Toilet leaks, mold in the bathroom, the gym lacks equipment, no free breakfast like most hotels, we got our room serviced even when we didn’t ask. There are better hotels people. The only thing good about the hotel is the location. This is not a 3 star hotel.

I visited on a business trip. Highly not recommended. I had to go to the airport in the morning for my next business trip, so I left early in the morning. There was an error in the invoice, so I told them that it would be processed only when the manager came, so I just told them and left, but when I checked after moving to another city, they overcharged me, so it took about a month to correct it and I had to pay the bill on my own. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, so I tried to explain it to them one by one, but they didn't understand or they didn't understand it. I will never go again, and I can't help but feel bad after using this hotel. Even though I deposited everything when I first used the card, when I changed it, and when I left, they made a new payment and charged me when I checked out, so even though my card limit was 3,000, I reached my card limit in 2 weeks. Normally, I get charged from the deposit I made in the first place, but I don't understand why it's only happening here. I really didn't feel comfortable for a single day. Even though time has passed, this is the first time l've encountered these things and unfriendliness, so l'm leaving a review again belatedly. No matter which hotel I go to around the world, this is the first time l've seen it run like this so I would like to strongly advise you not to use it.

The property was nice and clean.

The pillows were terrible. Need to invest in new ones especially with how much it costs to stay there. 2 of the 4 mornings the bistro didn’t have eggs available for breakfast or tater tots. For an upscale hotel with a bistro that just seems unacceptable.

Was only needed my information to check in this made it easy for us The room didn’t have any water but usually does Place is very clean and comfortable

Good location, just off I95. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Great location for an overnight after seeing a concert at The Capitol Theater.

The room had been heavily treated with a room freshner or something. Very powerful and unpleasant smell. Also disappointed the EV chargers were not working.

Personnel was great!

Too much money for basically a Holiday Inn disguised as a Marriott with no benefits. Have to pay outrageous prices for a cup of coffee would never stay there again.

Area was busy , with lots of stores and shops in walking distance

This is a great place! The rooms are large and free parking a bonus for NY. The best is the bistro. This is my 4th time here and James at the bistro is worth the visit. He makes an incredible Mediterranean grain bowl. He is always friendly and remembers my previous visits either other family members. Marriott got lucky with the hiring him. Lisa is new to the dinner team and her honesty with her customers is refreshing.

I have been here before. I love the location to the city and other locations. This time I had dinner at the hotel. I absolutely loved the Mediterranean grain bowl and James is fantastic. He is both personable and knowledgeable. Lisa was very friendly and only her 2 nd and 3 rd day. ( stayed 2 nights). I would come back here for location, food, and the room. My aunt lives here so I will be back. Great staff!!!!
