"Would stay again due to location near Metro station."

Breakfast was average but filling. Location is a 7 minute walk to Herndon Metro Silver Line station. Easy to get into downtown DC. Quiet room.

Reception could have said, "Hello, welcome to Marriott." Seemed uninterested in her job.

"The hotel needed upgrades and some more attention to customers service"

The location was good. One of the check in person brought us a blanket and soft drink. He was very nice.

I thought it was not stocked well. No maid service after being asked for it a few times. Needed to get our own towels off the cart. No glasses restocked
