Good stay. Our rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I would suggest more staff on the weekends at the coffee bar/restaurant as some people had to wait 30 mins to receive their breakfast orders.

Room 219 was very loud because of the elevator. It sounds like a thunderstorm when in use. It was very obnoxious and caused us not to rest at all. If you’re going to continue renting this room out, I think that you need to service the elevator.

We came into town for the Taylor Swift concert and we’re so happy with our hotel experience. We could tell they were not only well equipped and prepared but also looking forward to the busy weekend which started it off on such a great foot. We also had our 6 year old niece and everyone was so sweet to her, we could tell that even outside of the concert festivities this would be a great spot for kids. 10/10 experience all around!

As a Marriott Gold member who has stayed and managed properties in the past this hotel was the absolute worst! First off the check in process was awful, I went in to my room to find the AC unit was turned off so my room was blazing hot, when I turned it on full blast the AC unit barely blew any air. I then turned my attention my to the fridge in the room and it wasn’t working either. Why this room was in service and why as a loyalty member I was placed in a handicap accessible room that had all these issues is beyond me. The 4 nights I was here housekeeping didn’t come to my room once, the internet was SO bad, speeds as an upgrade was not over 8mbps download. The fire alarm went off in the middle of night with no explanation why. The water was shut off TWICE, once was for almost a full day which was announced but the second time there was no notice, very frustrating when getting off of work and wanting to take a shower. Also, whatever you do make sure to get a room AWAY from the highway, the road noise is awful at all times of the day/night and that’s even with the AC/heating unit on full blast. Not sure I was “upgraded” this room upon checking as a gold member when these are known issues. Another list of things is there is ONE elevator and it’s extremely slow. The front desk staff more than half of the time wouldn’t acknowledge you when coming in or out of the hotel. The remote for the tv wouldn’t work half of the time and the phone in the room didn’t work! Whatever you do take the reviews on the Marriott/Bonvoy app seriously because if you stay here you’re going to wish you would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Very clean and enjoy the proerty , but very loud sounds of toliets flushing, doors slamming, and children in the hallways. I did not sleep well because of loud sounds all night.
