I was booked for a bed and a pullout, but was put in a room that had just a Queen. I was told the room was all they had and I had paid for it prior to arrival. Because of the time there was no recourse nor any renumeration

Rude staff — especially the front desk— dirty room, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced in the lobby, even the TV didn’t work. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else — no one has done something so bad that they should have to stay here. Background: I was just passing through on a family trip, and saw the location and figured, “oh, it’s near I-65, how bad can it be?” Well, this hotel is like a Venus fly trap of terribleness waiting for unsuspecting customer to check in…. I booked and checked in via the Marriott Bonvoy app so that I could go straight to my room when I arrived around 11pm. But despite charging me immediately, they didn’t let me select a room. Or give me a digital key. Even hours later. So, when I checked in at the front desk at 11pm, not only couldn’t I find a person to help me, but I was in line behind three others who also needed help to check in. Eventually, an annoyed desk clerk appeared and begrudgingly and slowly helped us. Although I had already been charged and had the proof in the app, she couldn’t find my reservation— which explains why I didn’t have a digital key. Clearly irritated that she had to do her job, the desk clearly assigned me to a handicapped room. Ugh. But fine. I just want to sleep. But good luck with that since the room door wouldn’t close fully. Nice. I locked the door while putting my full body weight against it and was able to latch the door and close it (despite significant space around the door). Good news…the TV doesn’t work. Fine. I’m going to sleep anyway. Oh yuck, the towels aren’t all clean. And the shower hasn’t been cleaned. I popped a gummy and went to bed…and couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Btw, don’t go to the Starbucks in the lobby — you deserve better. Drive to the one down the street so that the poor overworked young woman at the lobby Starbucks doesn’t have to sigh loudly when you order something. It’s probably not her fault that this Starbucks is the same kind that they have in the sixth level of Hell, where damned souls are sent to listen to her sigh whenever they order anything, but never receive it. In sum, stay anywhere else. Even napping under the overpass is more relaxing.

Overall the property was nice. It was limited in food options near the hotel but that was an observation and not a complaint. The property offered a relaxed atmosphere which we enjoyed. I wish the staff at the check in desk were more attentive to the needs of all customers. That is not my typical experience with a Marriott property and was observed at this one specifically. They spent time huddled in the back and on their phones and with ear pods in during checkin.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I booked this hotel on Booking.com over 8 weeks ago (for a one week stay in Indianapolis) and also pre-payed $1802USD. When I arrived at the hotel from a 21hr international flight the room was not available. The Hotel was booked out. The hotel staff were less than helpful and I left the hotel the next day after having to pay for another one night for a more expensive room option. The hotel still has my money and I want a full refund.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were very clean and the location was surrounded by other hotels, dining and close to highway.

I used a Marriott Gift card- they still held the full amount on my personal card till after check out. I would have preferred that they deducted the gift card amount off and held the remainder. Was unexpected.

The room was nice . Bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. After 800pm the outside noise was very little. Cons - the pillows were flat. The door was not flush could see a crack from inside room to the outside of the hall. Over all was a nice stay . .. the bistro was nice also .their snacks was a nice slection

Had a good stay. The road leading to the property needs repaired but that’s not the properties responsibility

We had a great time. We loved the balcony and the staff was amazing.
