"Great location, clean, comfortable, like new, but operating issues during my stay."

I picked this property for the location and expectation that the room would be clean and comfortable, which it certainly was.

The breakfast was not available by 7:00 (scheduled for 6:30) because the kitchen staff was not in by 6:40. I had to buy breakfast elsewhere. The coffee in the lobby was vile and I’m not picky. At check in the desk clerk insisted the charge was $100 more than my confirmation, which had included tax and fees. The desk clerk that evening said $50 more than confirmation with the $50 refundable.
