Staff was quite friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Difficult to regulate air conditioning Gated parking lot was not closed and locked at night. Deadbolt did not work well on the door. Complimentary coffee was not available throughout the day for guests. Maintenance needed to fix toilet from leaking and tighten the seat as there was water all over the floor when we arrived.
