"I’ll be back!"

I’m in Memphis once a month and have struggled to find decent Marriott properties. I decided to give this one a try and am so glad I did. The front desk staff were friendly and very welcoming - they even acknowledged my almost platinum status which was sweet. Bistro staff in the morning were also very friendly and efficient. The room was a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. Some of the previous reviews are very negative which made me nervous but I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Free Wifi, clean room. Perfect for a quick stay. Was travelling alone and felt very safe, despite all warnings about the safety in Memphis. The staff was super helpful with directions, hotel amenities, individual requests, etc. My room was cozy and very clean!
