Bed were very comfortable

Had a fire alarm at 11:30 so we stood around outside for an hour while fire department looked for a potential gas leak. What was disappointing was there was no interaction from hotel staff, either at the time or at check-out. Made us feel that this may be a regular occurrence.

100.00 deposit should be given back 24 hours after checkout, not up to 3 weeks later or not sure when. No free coffee?? Only in our rooms Room coffee set up is not good at all....very cheap and coffees horrible. Breakfast options! I'm totally cool with paying but there's nothing fresh or hot that's not made in a microwave oven and the choices are slim.
