The hotel is nice, modern and the rooms are comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor. Have to improve a lot. Little variety and little food, you had to ask for more to be brought all the time. The area where it is located is far from the center, and it is difficult to get there because the streets are precarious. The beach 200 meters from the hotel is ugly and small

Great rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable. Great price, poor location, lacking any level of amenities, service, friendliness.

This property is pretty well kept. The check in was smooth and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was everything I wanted. The cleaning staff was on point with every request. Breakfast was lovely. If you don’t mind walking a little longer to get to your room, book this place.

It’s off the beaten path and not in town so it was amazingly peaceful! Lights out at 10, quiet and tranquil for sleep. I met other folks staying in the town center and they heard golf carts and party folks all night while I slept like a baby. Also much closer to the local beach, Punta Cocos. Breakfast was wonderful.

La struttura si trova un pò fuori dal centro di Holbox (10 min. a piedi), ma per le nostre esigenze che cercavamo tranquillità e relax era perfetto. Hotel con camere enormi e pulizia massima giornaliera. Colazione abbondante e personale gentilissimo.

El lugar esta super bonito, muy limpio, la atencion es buena, aun podrian mejorar un poco mas pero en general el lugar vale comoketamente la pena, super precio y muy bien ubicado.

This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend.
