Courtyard Marriott Greenville

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the same road as the hospital ECU. It is a trauma center so there is a bit of noise if your room is on the main road of the hotel. Helicopter bringing patients to the hospital. Other than that noise level is okay. If you want a more quiet room get a room away from main road. Hotel offers breakfast but only 6:30 am- 9am so if you are a late sleeper or have traveled far and need the rest. You most likely will miss breakfast. I can't rate it , because I wasn't able to wake up that early. Yes I thought it would be easy for me to get up early but not so much we were exhausted most of the trip due to walking back and forth to the hospital because our loved one was transferred from one end of hospital to the other...Driving many hrs and just being generally old lol .....so a waste of money for us for breakfast. If you are an early riser it'll work out for you. The hotel has a bar and dining area...it was pretty nice and the chairs at front desk area were extremely comfy. The food was okay and a bit pricey for what we ordered. Poor lady doing the cooking and bar service. She was very nice. All customer service was very nice and helpful. They did have a great selection of drinks and snacks near the hotel front desk. Rooms were a nice size and clean. I did run into a problem when I thought that they had Net Flix and clicked on it. For some reason my cell phone got a message saying that they couldn't charge me for the Netflix because it needed credit card info...hmmm I started getting weird messages on my phone. I didn't connect to the wifi system. Somehow they got my cell number I assume they hacked my phone. I didn't use my phone after that. It also happened when I got home and strangers were calling my house phone which I only gave the hospital. All north Carolina numbers. So be careful with your information peeps. I did inform the front desk of the hotel about it. Beds were good showers were good.

A bit noisy from helicopter but not much they can do about that though. The food quality can be improved. Buy better products of meat for the cook. She can only cook what she has.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s located in the heart of Greenville across the street from the Peace Center. The staff is welcoming and very helpful, the lobby was immaculate and amenities were good. Rooms were clean and felt freshly done. The stay was great. We left behind a pair of shoes. Zyair was exceptional in locating my shoes and making arrangements to mail them back to me. I appreciate his professionalism and your team.

The microwave didn’t clean and the bathroom tub need refurbish

Concierge/receptionist was wonderful. Cleaning staff/ bistro employees were wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful. Ongoing hallway painting was an inconvenience, especially in the limited space around the elevator Bathroom was nice but water pressure in the shower needed a boost; spent too much time rinsing.

The beds were hard and terrible to sleep on. The tv also didn't work.

We came down for family support during an emergency procedure across the street at the hospital. I chose this property for proximity and food. We've stayed here several times for various graduations over the years. Perfect. They're not too big or too small.
