The property was often understaffed and staff didn’t know how to handle requests. Long wait for simple breakfast because they only had one person working. Happy hour closed once because no one was available to cover it. At check in, we said we were splitting the bill on two credit cards but, at checkout the woman, who came over from the breakfast bar, didn’t know how to split the bill, so I got stuck with the entire bill. Very disappointing for an otherwise good experience.
Second time here to visit family. Nice rooms. Clean. Reasonable rates. Good services. Easy access to freeway and shopping. Very well kept grounds.
USParking is easy and close to where my husband's family is. It's conveniently located right off the 17 and it's nice to be able to be on the 1st floor.
There was nothing negative other than I wished I could get those tiny servings of liquid coffee creamer instead of the powder-type creamer.
Stayed a week. Rooms were clean and updated.

This was one of the friendliest places I’ve ever stayed at! Everyone greets you with a smile. It is such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear, comfortable, spacious and I would definitely stay here again!
